Classes every Wednesday 6.30 - 8pm AEST Online
+ Thursday morning classes added, see News below.

A weekly space for deepening erotic skills and expanding your solo pleasure practice in queer community, all from the privacy of your own home.

Join us for guided erotic exploration, embodied practice and group reflection.

Each class can be attended as a stand-alone (no prior knowledge or attendance required), and we cover a new topic each week.

This is a clothing-optional space. You choose what level of visibility on-camera is most comfortable for you during erotic practices, and we welcome and celebrate all kinds of erotic expression, with an emphasis on solo practice.

Everything we offer in class is optional and can always be modified to meet you where you’re at. We encourage you to take what feels good and leave what doesn’t, and we will always support you to do what’s best for you and your body.

All experience levels are welcome. Whether you are brand new to embodiment or conscious sexuality, or a seasoned erotic explorer, there is a place for you here. This work is ever-deepening and there is so much we can all learn from each other by sharing this space.

What is Erotic Embodiment

Erotic embodiment is the conscious inhabiting of the body as a site of sensation, aliveness, pleasure, and presence, cultivating a felt relationship with erotic energy beyond performance or goal-oriented sexuality.

Formerly known as Orgasmic Yoga, erotic embodiment practices are drawn from a lineage of spiritual traditions such as Tantra and Taoism, Western somatic modalities, expressive movement and dance traditions, contemporary sexological and trauma-informed approaches that prioritise consent, agency, and nervous system safety, and the teacher’s own experience and inspiration in their personal erotic exploration.

Sam and Tia draw from their own training and experience to offer practices that connect you with your body as intelligent, responsive, and sovereign - using breath, sound, movement, touch and placement of awareness to move towards more presence and pleasure in your erotic body and support deeper intimacy with self, others, and life itself.

Any requests for future topics are always welcome!

Why Erotic Embodiment?

We so often hear from friends, clients and colleagues that pleasure, eroticism and embodiment are things that they value and want more of in their lives, yet they don’t seem to prioritise it in their day-to-day. It is too easy to let these things fall away in service to the never-ending to do list!

We know that regular erotic embodiment practice can help us cultivate more pleasure, regulate our nervous systems, orient towards resourcing rather than just away from pain, and feel more connected to ourselves and beyond. We also know that solo play or self-pleasure is super supportive of any good partnered (or group) sex/play.

Being a part of a community of practice provides support and accountability - that little extra push to show up for yourself and your eroticism regularly over time, particularly when regularly practicing alone has been more elusive.

These weekly classes are an opportunity to gather regularly among fellow queers, as we each cultivate, learn about and explore our pleasure and eroticism through guided solo practice.

Your Facilitators

Sam Beer (they/she)

Sam is a Certified Sexological Bodyworker and Somatic Sex Educator who has facilitated a wide range of group learning experiences, including erotic embodiment classes, workshops and professional training (Intereros Interactive Erotic Educator Training).

As a facilitator Sam is profoundly playful and their style models the erotic potential of being fully present while doing perfectly imperfectly. They centre the experience of the body in each moment as a pathway towards unfolding more aliveness, offering a throughline of existential embodied exploration, intimate interpersonal engagement and sacred silliness.

Tia Cloher (they/them)

Tia is a somatic counsellor, intimacy coach, and facilitator offering spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, their bodies and their communities.

A Certified Sexological Bodyworker, Somatic Sex Educator, and practitioner of the Wheel of Consent®, they are particularly committed to working with LGBTIQA+ folks and creating shared spaces for embodied practice and connection.

Tia is guided by the belief that meaningful change can happen through building a relationship with the body, learning to trust one’s own experience, and remembering you have a choice.
