With Tia Cloher & Sam Beer
Classes every Wednesday 6.30 - 8pm AEDT Online
A weekly space for deepening erotic skills and expanding your solo pleasure practice in a queer community of practice, all from the privacy of your own home.
Classes include guided erotic exploration, embodied practice and group reflection.
Each week will centre around a new theme. Due to the endless and emergent nature of the erotic, classes cover a broad array of topics, such as:
Limits and embodied consent
Erotic trance
Orgasmic breath
Dancing for self pleasure
Genital massage and mapping
Exploring anticipation
Everything offered is optional and can most often be modified to meet you where you’re at. We encourage you to take what feels good and leave what doesn’t, and will always support you to do what’s best for you and your body.
This is a clothing-optional space. You choose what level of visibility on-camera is most comfortable for you during erotic practices. See Group Agreements below for more on this.
All experience levels are welcome here. Whether you are brand new to embodiment or conscious sexuality, or practiced, there is so much out there to learn and so much we can all learn from each other by sharing this space.

What is Erotic Embodiment
Erotic embodiment is the conscious inhabiting of the body as a site of sensation, aliveness, pleasure, and presence, cultivating a felt relationship with erotic energy beyond performance or goal-oriented sexuality.
Formerly known as Orgasmic Yoga, erotic embodiment practices are drawn from a lineage of spiritual traditions such as Tantra and Taoism, Western somatic modalities, expressive movement and dance traditions, contemporary sexological and trauma-informed approaches that prioritise consent, agency, and nervous system safety, and the teacher’s own experience and inspiration in their personal erotic exploration.
Sam and Tia will draw from their own training and experiences to offer practices that connect you with your body as intelligent, responsive, and sovereign - using breath, sound, movement, touch and placement of awareness to move towards more presence and pleasure in your erotic body and support deeper intimacy with self, others, and life itself.
Any requests for future topics are always welcome!
Why Erotic Embodiment?
We so often hear from friends, clients and colleagues that pleasure, eroticism and embodiment are things that they value and want more of in their lives, yet they don’t seem to prioritise it in their day-to-day. It is too easy to let these things fall away in service to the never-ending to do list!
We know that regular erotic embodiment practice can help us cultivate more pleasure, regulate our nervous systems, orient towards resourcing rather than just away from pain, and feel more connected to ourselves and beyond. We also know that solo play or self-pleasure is super supportive of any good partnered (or group) sex/play.
Being a part of a community of practice provides support and accountability - that little extra push to show up for yourself and your eroticism regularly over time, particularly when regularly practicing alone has been more elusive.
These weekly classes are an opportunity to gather regularly among fellow queers, as we each cultivate, learn about and explore our pleasure and eroticism through guided solo practice.

Group Agreements
Confidentiality
We ask that you keep the identities and experiences of everyone in the space confidential. You are welcome to share about your own experience, without identifying anyone else.
Choice and Self-Responsibility
Everything in this space (beyond following these group agreements) is optional, and you are encouraged to do what’s best for you and your body. We do ask that if you need to leave class early, you let the host know.
You are welcome to be off-camera during erotic practice / as much as feels right for you, however we ask that you leave your camera on and just move off screen.
At times discomfort or challenging feelings may arise - this can be an important part of learning or discovery, or it may be an indicator that something isn’t right for us or that we may need to not partake in the activity. Feeling for a pull rather than a push when there is discomfort (thanks Betty Martin!) can be helpful when deciding whether or not to participate.
Erotic Expression
This is a clothing-optional space. Self-touch (including self-genital touch) is welcome but by no means necessary. We hope many flavours of erotic expression will find a home in this space.
These classes are about self-pleasure and solo practice, which means focusing on your own experience rather than having your attention out in anyone else’s experience or practice.
Group Care and Responsibility
This space offers many windows for group reflection. These are opportunities to hear about each other’s experiences and perspectives. We ask you to listen with generosity and share with care for others.
If you find yourself sharing a lot, take this as an opportunity to sit back to let others speak. If you tend to speak less, you might like to experiment with speaking up more in the space.
Group care also includes being mindful of the privileges and biases we hold. If something that occurs in the group space lands in your body as discomfort or pain, or interrupts your ability to be present or fully participate, the invitation is to orient to what your nervous system needs. This may include acknowledgement within the group.
If something can immediately and briefly be acknowledged and repaired in the moment, we encourage that. If further support or processing is needed, Tia and Sam are available for this after class. This is to honour the intention of the space and look after the time we have available to practice.
